This policy explains how Botanical World + Wander Park (“BWAWP”) handles information submitted through this website. BWAWP is operated by Andreas Simic, with website services provided by SimicSolutions.

Information you choose to provide

The guest book collects the name, optional location and message you submit. Entries are held for moderation and are not automatically made public. Please do not submit email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses or other private information in a guest-book message.

Analytics choices

With your permission, the site uses Google Analytics to measure page views and a small set of park interactions: opening the park, viewing the map, selecting a zone, following a YouTube link and completing a guest-book submission. Guest-book names, locations and messages are never sent to analytics. Advertising storage, Google Signals and ad personalization are disabled.

Your analytics choice is saved in your browser. If you decline, the analytics script is not loaded. You can clear this preference by removing this site’s stored browser data.

Technical and service information

The website and its hosting providers may process limited technical information needed for security, delivery and abuse prevention. A one-way technical identifier may be used to limit repeated guest-book submissions; the site does not need to retain your raw internet address for that purpose.

External services

Video and playlist links open YouTube, which operates under its own privacy terms. Google Analytics operates under Google’s privacy terms when you allow analytics.

Children

The Kids Zone is intended to be enjoyed with appropriate adult guidance. Children should not submit personal information. A parent or guardian should contact us on a child’s behalf.

Retention and requests

Rejected guest-book entries may be deleted. Approved entries may be retained as part of the park’s visitor history. To request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, email botanicalworldandwanderpark@gmail.com.
