Unless otherwise stated, photographs, videos, writing, poetry, park identities and related creative works are owned by Andreas Simic. Website design and development materials may be owned or administered by SimicSolutions. Viewing the park does not grant permission to copy, download, reproduce, train artificial-intelligence systems on, sell or redistribute its content.

Guest book

You are responsible for the message you submit. Do not post unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, promotional or private material. BWAWP may review, edit, decline or remove entries at its discretion. Submitting a message gives BWAWP permission to display it publicly with the submitted name and location.

External platforms

YouTube and other external services have separate terms and may change or remove content. BWAWP is not responsible for third-party availability or practices.

No government affiliation

BWAWP is an independent digital creative project. It is not a government agency, an official national park or affiliated with Parks Canada.
